Simona Cappitelli founded W Tuscany Events, a wedding company based in Florence, in 2006.

WTuscany Events works mainly in Florence and Tuscany. My wish is to have the bride and groom experience the real Italian/Tuscan wedding style.

I design, create and work towards the dreams of the bride and groom in every possible way. Whether your wedding is an elopement or a big wedding with family and friends, I will help you in every step of the process.

I want you and your guests to experience everything: from the magic of landscaping to food, from wine to the decoration of the venue. I want your wedding exactly to be exactly like you dreamt of.

I have been working as a  wedding planner and events designer since 2006. I will never forget my first bride’s thank you note I will never forget, saying, “you are born to do this job.” 

I deeply love my job. My empathy with the bride and groom is why I am still in touch with many couples to this day.

I love traveling and discover different kind of venues to host my brides and grooms, as well as the gastronomy and wine of Tuscany. Excellent food and wine is very important to me for the success of a wedding.

I also love flowers and details. Every year, I follow small seminars on flower art in  Florence as great inspiration for my weddings.
