For the civil binding, the marriage contracted in the church needs some documents to be produced, but if you are already civilly married everything will be easier. In addition to Catholic marriage, you can contract marriage under the chuppah or a Persian or Protestant marriage . There are lovely churches and chapels in Tuscany and many venues have their own private chapel where you can have your wedding.
